6. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required travel documents before departure.
Legacy of Egypt is not responsible for denied entry, delays, or issues resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
7. Health & Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Guests are responsible for informing Legacy of Egypt of any medical conditions, mobility requirements, dietary restrictions, or special needs before travel.
Legacy of Egypt is not responsible for medical expenses, accidents, injuries, illness, or travel disruptions beyond our control.
8. Tour Changes & Force Majeure
Legacy of Egypt reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotels, transportation, or services due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations, supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or acts beyond our control, Legacy of Egypt shall not be held liable for losses or additional expenses.
9. Customer Responsibility
Travelers are expected to respect local laws, customs, tour schedules, guides, hotels, transportation providers, and fellow travelers.
Legacy of Egypt reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation without refund if a traveler’s behavior causes disruption, danger, or violation of local laws.
10. Liability
Legacy of Egypt acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, transportation companies, cruise operators, and guides.
While we work with trusted partners, Legacy of Egypt is not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by third-party providers
- Loss of luggage or personal belongings
- Injury, illness, accidents, or unforeseen incidents
- Government actions, travel restrictions, or force majeure events
Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Legacy of Egypt for the booked service.
11. Pricing
Prices are subject to change due to exchange rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, supplier changes, or government regulations until booking confirmation.
Confirmed bookings will honor the agreed pricing unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use of the website may result in legal action.
